PQQ: Tiny but Mighty

Pyrroloquinoline Quinone Disodium Salt, is a vitamin-like compound found in various foods (green tea, fermented soya beans aka Natto, kiwi, parsley, and human breast milk) and is also produced by a certain bacterias.

This Vitamin-like water soluble salt of coenzyme Pyrroloquinoline Quinone. A small molecule coenzyme which interacts with proteins responsible for physiological processes in living organisms, like energy production or synthesis of new molecules.

PQQ has properties which enhances the biogenesis of mitochondria. Due to its antioxidant properties it also protects nerves from the degradation caused by neurotoxins.

Played an important role in skin texture and rejuvenation. Basically, this mighty vitamin-like compound is an anti-aging booster for most of the body processes: cognitive and esthetically ones.

Major Beneficial Group:

The best results are visible and recommended for the age group 40-65. Studies showed an increase in attention, improvement in short-term memory, and improvement of identification and processing of information.

Significant improvement though was recorded also in a younger group 20-40. This has a potential of improvement of brain function al all ages.
